Order & account data (name, email, billing country).
Scope data you submit (domain/asset to be tested, plan, notes).
Operational logs (timestamps, IP used to access our site/API).
Support/chat messages (e.g., Crisp), if you contact us.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; we do not store card numbers.

How we use data

To process your order, perform the agreed test, and deliver the report.
To communicate about results, invoices, and support.
To prevent fraud/abuse and secure our services.
With your consent, to send important service updates.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legitimate interests (security/fraud prevention), consent (where applicable), and legal obligations (tax/accounting).

Sharing

Lemon Squeezy (payments, invoices).
Hosting & email providers (site operation and notifications).
Customer support tools (e.g., Crisp) if you use the chat.
We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Azerbaijan. We use reputable vendors and HTTPS everywhere.

Retention

Order & invoice data: kept as required by law.
Testing artifacts/reports: typically up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete earlier (where legally allowed).
